About
Tanzania Ocean Explorer is a specialized training program under SOA Tanzania in partnership with Deep Marine Dive Center, designed to equip Tanzanian youth with essential diving skills. We provide training in swimming, free diving, and scuba diving, enabling young ocean enthusiasts to explore the underwater world and advance their careers in marine conservation, research, and the blue economy.

To empower Tanzanian youth with the skills and confidence to dive deeper—both physically and professionally—into ocean exploration and conservation.
